About the Role
We are done with 'clean corporate SaaS' designs. We want a 'Cyberpunk/Tactical' aesthetic that feels professional yet futuristic. You will define the visual language of the Quantified Self OS. Your designs should make users feel powerful, in control, and obsessed with their own data.
Responsibilities
- Create high-fidelity mockups in Figma, including complex component variants and auto-layout.
- Design a comprehensive Design System (Typography, Color, Spacing, Motion) that developers can actually use.
- Prototype complex interaction flows (e.g., configuring a data ingestion pipeline visually).
- Conduct user research to understand how bio-hackers visualize their data.
- Work closely with engineers to ensure implementation matches the vision.
Requirements
- Strong portfolio demonstrating 'Dark Mode' interfaces, dashboard design, and data visualization.
- Mastery of Figma (Tokens, Variables, Advanced prototyping).
- Understanding of HTML/CSS constraints (you don't design impossible things).
- Ability to design accessible interfaces (WCAG AA standard) despite the complex aesthetic.
- Experience designing for mobile (iOS/Android) and web.
Bonus Points
- +3D skills (Blender/Spline).
- +Motion design skills (After Effects/Rive).
- +Experience with 'Linear-style' glassmorphism and micro-gradients.
